This dressing is delicious. I trickled in the oils into the mix in my blender and it emulsified nicely

I made this dressing and only had Braggs seasoning liquid, which is like soy sauce or Tamari, but found the flavor of sesame oil far overpowered everything else. I probably also should have lessened the amount of braggs that I used, as it was very salty. Next time I will reduce sesame oil to one tablespoon to start and halve the soy sauce. I ended up adding extra ginger, extra lime juice and a hint of maple syrup and orange juice to round out the flavor.

The nutrition facts should be updated. Miso paste definitely has sodium in it. The nutrition facts currently say it has no sodium. This can be dangerous to people who need to watch their sodium.

This made such a small amount of dressing. More of a single serve. I also found it a bit sharp and unbalance without a sugar/maple syrup to round out the citrus. I had to bulk it up with something, so I ended up adding tahini and made it into a different dressing in the end.

Wow, I love ginger but never used it in a salad dressing. What a delicious combination. I think I will try it with Asian inspired cabbage salad. Thank you for your wonderful inspiration, Meredith
